You can ask for a refund within 15 days of purchase, through Hotmart or by writing to contato@superaprendizagem.net.

What the refund covers

The amount paid for DONN. It does not cover your Claude subscription, ad spend, or other services paid to third parties.

How it is paid

Hotmart returns the money to your original payment method. Timing depends on Hotmart and your card issuer. No store credit in place of your money.
